The Running Man is a 2025 British-American dystopian action thriller based on the 1982 novel of the same name by Stephen King. The screenplay was written by Edgar Wright and Michael Bacall, directed by Edgar Wright, produced by Kinberg Genre and Complete Fiction, and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
The cast includes: Glen Powell, Josh Brolin, Colman Domingo, Daniel Ezra, Karl Glusman, Jayme Lawson, Katy O’Brian, Lee Pace, Michael Cera, Sean Hayes, William H. Macy, Emilia Jones, Sandra Dickinson, David Zayas, Simon Haines, and George Carroll.
The premiere took place on November 5, 2025, at Leicester Square, and the U.S. release followed on November 14, 2025, via Paramount Pictures.
